Refund & Billing Policy

This policy explains how billing and refunds work for Quantyle subscriptions. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. How billing works
- Quantyle subscriptions are one-time purchases for a fixed term (for example 1, 3, 6 or 12 months).
- They do not auto-renew — you are charged once and will not be billed again unless you choose to purchase another term.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- The price and term are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm. A confirmation is available after purchase.
- If you renew while a term is still active, the new term is added on top of your current expiry date.
2. Free trial
You can create a free account and try a limited preview of each subject before subscribing, so you can decide whether Quantyle is right for you. No payment details are required to use the free preview.
3. Your consumer rights
Our digital services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if the service is not delivered with due care and skill, is not fit for purpose, or does not match its description. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
4. Refunds
Because Quantyle is a digital service that gives immediate access to content, the following applies:
- Technical problems: if a fault on our side prevents you from using the service and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you may request a refund for the affected period.
- Billing errors: if you were charged incorrectly (for example, charged twice), we will promptly refund the error.
- Change of mind: we may, at our discretion, offer a refund of a recently purchased term where little or no use has been made of the paid content. Contact us and we'll review your situation fairly.
- Refunds are generally not provided simply because a term has elapsed, or because a particular exam outcome was not achieved (Quantyle is a preparation tool and does not guarantee results).
5. How to request a refund
Email support@quantyle.com.au from the address on your account, including the name on the account and the approximate purchase date. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
6. Discount codes
Discount codes and sale prices are applied at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively to a completed purchase. Where a discount was applied, any refund is based on the amount actually paid.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and changes do not affect a term you have already purchased.
